am I ? The WAR is on !!!Within each of us there Exists a DR. Jeckell and a Mr.Hyde...WE are spirit and we are flesh! And our soul (mind, will and emotions) is the battle ground between the 2-A tug of war between the forces of evil and of GOOD-our Reborn spirit restored to the image of God and our fallen sin nature of flesh....... How did i end up here ? Here we are again down sins darkened hall - like a dog on satan's leash - doing the evil we don't want to do instead of the good we want to do - falling to the onslaught of satan and the flesh ....I want to encourage you - give you hope - you are not alone in this ancient struggle within - often times we feel all other Christians have it together and we are the only one with problems - and that is the farthest thing from the truth - in fact the more dangerous you become to the forces of darkness the more you will be attacked - the more chances you will have to fall - sometimes we feel like a hypocrite - but we must realize that as long as we are on this earth we will have to fight our flesh-This isn't a hypocrite- A hypocrite is someone who acts piously religious for their own gain and pride - while inwardly they are evil with no desire to change. This is why it is important not to hide behind a mask fighting alone but be real with each other , admit we struggle and stand and fight side by side - an enemy is easier to pick off alone - and when you mess up immediately come to God - repent - and start anew - even if it is ten times in a day - don't listen to the lie of the enemy that tries to say you are a hypocrite because that thing you were lured into by the evil one through your flesh is not you - so when you do that thing that is when you are being fake ! The real you is the righteousness of God in Christ Jesus - a new creation - old things are passed all things are new - you are who God says you are and the more you will act like it and the less to the lure of illusion! THIS IS METAMORPHOSIS ! Renewing your mind to the truth of God's word - unlearning the matrix and seeing for the first time who you are and not who you've become - God knew us before we entered through our mothers womb into the corruption of the fallen world! He knows us far better than we know ourselves - He created us - lets find out from Him who we are - why we are here - and what we must do - and stop wasting precious time believing lies! WILL THE REAL ME PLEASE STAND UP! Fall - Get up! ....but never give up!!! God's grace (ability) is enough and his strength will be perfected within us and fight will make might. This struggle will only increase strength ! We begin to realize we are nothing without God and we can only be strong in Him and the power of His might ( the flex of His muscle) we give up on fighting on our own. Submit to His strength - then with His strength we resist the devil and he flees (runs in stark terror) - why does he run in terror all of a sudden when he has been tempting us again and again - its because he isn't dealing with us any more God is standing behind us flexing His muscle because we've submitted to His strength. So are we Jeckyll or are we Hyde ....daily we must decide to believe the truth or succumb to a lie - to release the butterfly or feed the raging beast to be all we can be or wither day by day as flowers with no water scorching in the suns heat - victory or defeat? I have decided and pray you decide with me no matter the struggle to never give up but to always get up - a soldier that will fight to the death - to make the enemy dread the day I was born and to hear my God say well done my good and faithful servant - nothing will separate me from the love of God in Christ Jesus ...nothing!!! Declare this with me ... "satan I was born with a purpose greater than your lies - I will live and not die and declare the glory of God to this generation - I am crucified , buried and resurrected with Christ - sin no longer controls me but a burning desire to see God's power and love revealed to the hurting. Jesus I love you and your love compels me . You are the only reason I never give up - you are my hope and only you make me want to be a better man (or woman). Soldiers arise! Butterflies come forth! T.F.C.O.T.L.D.
